What is your refund policy?

We want to make your Jerk My Beef experience to be the best it possibly can be!  We're happy to help in any way we can, including providing refunds when they're warranted. If you are unhappy with our product for any reason please get in touch with our team within 3 business days of the items delivery and we will provide you with a replacement or refund based on our findings.

 What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with our product for any reason please get in touch within 3 business days of the items delivery and we will provide you with a replacement based on investigation. In order to investigate we will need images of what has been received sent within this time-frame. If we don’t receive adequate images or receipt of returned products we can’t issue a refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@jerkmybeef.com with questions/concerns/returns.

If you did not pay for shipping you will be responsible for return shipping cost. 

How long does it take for a refund to be posted to my account? 

It usually takes 5-10 business days for refunds to post to your bank account. If you're not seeing your refund after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to our team and we'll be glad to help!
